Chris
Francovich, Ed.D.
Chris
is a teacher, researcher, and writer as well as an avid student
of organizations, technology, and learning. His areas of expertise
are in business analysis, the development of processes for the execution
of business strategy, human/technical interfaces, and the effects
of work and work cultures on learning.
Chris' background includes teaching, business development, sales
& marketing, administration & management, technical writing,
curriculum development and training. He has developed processes
and designs for increasing management effectiveness in both the
public and private sector. Chris is also an active researcher in
the area of post-graduate medical education. He is currently studying
the effects of clinic contexts on resident learning and patient
care. |

David
Meyer, Ph.D.
David
has a career dedicated to improving individual and team performance.
His work experience ranges from coaching NCSA alpine skiers to acting
as a case advocate for high-risk youth to analyzing quality metrics
for national research projects. He has a cum laude education degree
(History and English) from the University of Minnesota and a Ph.D.
in Psychology (Organizational Psychology and HRD) from North Carolina
State University.
Over the last ten years, David has applied this background to a
broad client base. In the public sector he has consulted with the
National Science Foundation, the United Nations, and state agencies.
His business consulting has included a host of Fortune 500 companies
as well as bootstrapped entrepreneurships. These projects have included
the development of quality-driven performance measures, evaluation
of compensation systems, training evaluation, team facilitation,
and leadership development. David is experienced in statistical
analysis, technical writing, and public presentations. People First
Technology is fortunate to be able to utilize David’s abilities
in statistics, evaluation, and negotiation as part of our complement
of skills. |

Lisë
Stewart Lisë works
in organizational development, strategic planning, training and human
performance management. Before partnering with the Galliard Group,
Lisë ran her own company, The Training Company Limited, a nationally
award winning company that now operates throughout the South Pacific.
Working with companies ranging from 10 to 3,000 employees, Lisë specializes
in organizational issues including organizational and workforce development,
service system design, performance management, human resource systems,
training design, delivery and evaluation of services. |
